Celebration - Christmas in Ethiopia

For Christmas Eve in Ethiopia, everything you prepare in your home and cooking.  In the evening every people go to church.  In church, after midnight when it's finished everyone goes back home and rests.  After that in the morning, the whole family is together - aunts, uncles, cousins and neighbors - and eats at my house, maybe tomorrow at my neighbor's house.  When I cook, I cook a large amount for a lot of people - maybe 7 kilos of onion and 3 chickens.  Ethiopian doro wat and many many other dishes - when it's at my house, I make all the dishes!  I make sure to get ready, my clothes nice, my home clean and washed - and then I prepare about 7 dishes for the family and neighborhood!
